Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and organized HR and Admin Executive to manage a wide range of human resources functions, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations. Responsibilities:

Human Resources:

Recruitment and Onboarding:

Assist in the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, application screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication.

Conduct initial HR orientation for new employees, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.

Employee Relations:

Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing timely and helpful responses.

Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.

Support employee engagement initiatives and contribute to a positive workplace culture.

Performance Management:

Assist in the coordination of performance review processes.

Maintain performance management records and ensure timely completion of reviews.

Compensation and Benefits:

Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave policies, and other perks.

Process payroll-related information and coordinate with the finance department.

Maintain accurate records of employee compensation and benefits.

HR Compliance:

Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.

Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies in line with legal requirements.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practice
