Roles and Responsibility:

Assist skilled workers such as fitters, welders, electricians, and technicians in their tasks.

Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment.

Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.

Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a secure workplace.

Operate basic hand tools and equipment under supervision.

Perform minor repairs, lifting, and manual tasks as needed.

Support in assembling, painting, or packaging products when required.

Follow instructions from supervisors and complete tasks efficiently.

Required Skills:

No formal education is required; a high school diploma is a plus.

Previous experience as a helper, laborer, or assistant is preferred but not mandatory.

Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision.

Basic knowledge of tools and equipment used in the industry.

Physically fit to handle lifting, standing, and manual labor.

Willingness to learn and adapt to different tasks.

Strong work ethic and reliability.

Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, warehouse, or maintenance work.

Familiarity with basic safety rules and workplace procedures.
