- Install and configure IT equipment, including desktops, projectors, smart boards, servers, and routers.

- Set up and install smart classroom solutions such as interactive panels, audio-visual systems, and networking devices.

- Install CCTV surveillance systems, including cameras, DVRs/NVRs, and monitoring equipment.

- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for clients on-site or remotely.

- Provide preventive maintenance and routine service checks on installed systems.

- Handle system upgrades, cabling, rewiring, and device replacements as needed.

- Set up and maintain wired and wireless networks, including routers, switches, and access points.

- Ensure stable network connectivity and resolve LAN/WAN issues.

- Assist with server setup and basic network security configurations.

- Provide technical support at client locations for new installations and service calls.

- Demonstrate product usage and basic training to clients where required.

- Ensure proper documentation of work completed, parts used, and client sign-off.

- Coordinate with the sales and project team to understand client requirements.

- Prepare daily service reports and update the service log or CRM system.

- Communicate effectively with team members and escalate major issues to senior technicians or engineers.
