�� handle gst cases at multiple levels, including the departmental level, appeals, tribunals, and high courts.

�� provide expert legal advice and representation in all gst-related matters.

�� possess a deep understanding of corporate laws and regulations.

�� stay abreast of changes in corporate legal requirements and ensure compliance.

�� formulate and implement legal strategies to safeguard the organization's interests.

�� ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to the group's operations.

�� act as a legal advisor to the organization, offering guidance on legal matters, risk management, and potential impacts on the business.

�� review and draft legal documents, contracts, and agreements to protect the organization's legal interests.

�� manage and oversee all legal proceedings, including liaising with external counsel when necessary.

�� represent the organization in legal proceedings when required.

�� collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide legal insights and advice.

�� communicate legal implications to non-legal professionals in a clear and understandable manner.

�� maintain accurate and up-to-date legal documentation.

�� ensure the organization's legal records are organized and easily accessible.

qualifications:

�� ca or cs preferred, especially if the candidate has worked under a gst practitioner for at least 5 years. a law degree from a recognized institution will also be considered.

�� experience in handling gst cases at various levels.

�� strong knowledge of corporate laws and regulations.

�� excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

�� proven ability to work independently and collaboratively.
