K9HR SOLUTIONS is looking for REIGIONAL SALES MANAGER who is supposed to do as follows:
Regularly doing Doctors calls & dealers to update the information of Implants.
Finding ways to enhance the sales by searching new dealers & make market value.
Creating Sales reports and presenting to the higher management.
Providing quotation as per requirement to dealers & DRs.
Maintaining and increasing sales of Implants.
Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands base and ensure its strong presence.
Managing sales activities within a geographic area or territory like collection, Dr calls, Dealer visit, Taking Order, delivering products.
Managing sales clients at Local & Regional levels by planning field work with execution of Tour on Monthly basis.
His job role will be like field cum marketing representative. There will be no fix working hours, as per the appointments of Doctors and dealers, working hours need to set. Sunday will be the Week-off. Any graduate, skilled, trained and smart male candidate, with 2 to 5 years of experience candidate can apply for this opportunity.
Company is ready to pay incentives, bonus based on the work.
TADA will be provided as per company's norms.
Candidate must require Orthopedic implant knowledge with very strong dealer network,
He must know local language.
