Job Description

KeyResponsibilities

1. Develop e-procurement sourcing strategies for real estate and civil construction material

2. Institute commercial processes, standardization of procurement processes to systematize the overall procurement cycle time.

3. Establish systems for evaluation, and onboarding of the vendors

4. Facilitate consolidation of the requirements from buyers for various items as per the procurement frequency.

5. Manage the e-procurement, and communications with buyer customers

6. Manage the contractual agreements with buyers and vendors.

7. Contract management activities including coordination with legal and stakeholders.

Purpose

The purpose of the role is todrive and manage the complete end-to-end e-procurement rolefor company.

The individual must ensure that all the buyer customer requirements are fulfilled along with fulfilling the necessary mandated ethical standards.

The individual shall be responsible for the stakeholder management including driving requirement gathering, consolidation & segmentation as per the buying categories, value creation for the buyers, vendor capability assessment, and managing the vendor database.

Driving supplier value management to create value for the buyers

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Manage all vendor identification, facilitating financial and technical evaluation of vendors, managing category wise vendor database

2. Contracting with the vendors for the applicable terms and conditions

3. Coordinating, collecting and consolidating buyer customer requirements, and mapping with the applicable vendor panel.

4. Driving e-procurement activities for the customer requirements

5. Communication management with the buyer customers to capture and fulfill the requirements

6. Coordinate with the Chartered Accountant for necessary filings and to organize 3rd party auditing

7. Bridgemanagementandstakeholdersrelationsbyaddressinggrievancesorotherissues

8. Contracting and contract management activities.
