we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced call center team leader to join our fast-paced and growing organization. as a team leader, you will be responsible for managing and motivating a team of customer service representatives in our call center, ensuring the highest standards of customer support are maintained.
responsibilities:
• lead and supervise a team of customer support representatives in a call center environment.
• set clear performance objectives and provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and training to team members.
• monitor and evaluate team members' performance, providing regular performance reviews and addressing any performance issues or concerns.
• foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting teamwork, motivation, and high morale.
• develop and implement strategies to improve team productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints and provide effective resolutions.
• monitor call center operations and ensure adherence to established policies, procedures, and service level agreements.
• generate regular reports on team performance, key metrics, and customer feedback.
requirements:
• minimum of bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• proven experience in a call center environment, with at least three years in a leadership role.
• strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
