Initiate and guide the preparation of forecasts of Company revenue, working

capital, expenditure and return on investments.

Active involvement in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, MIS, Internal Controls,

Costing and Taxation matters.

Provide all statistical information required to be submitted to Government,

Parliament, etc.

Negotiate with banks for short-term and long-term credit.

Handle statutory and Government Audits.

In charge of day to day functioning of the Accounts and finance functions.

Reviewing checklist of statutory compliance under Indirect Tax & ensure that

compliance of the same are submitted on time.

Assisting and reviewing in preparation of various details for assessment under

indirect Tax laws and attend hearing.

Minimum 03 to 05 years experience in similar level position

Preference candidates from Chemical / Rubber Industry.

Communication skills - written & oral, Expertise in Fund Raising and

Management, Negotiation Skills, team leader etc

Guide / Monitor / Coach / Motivate team to either achieve or over achieve

individual & team targets.
