Job Description

Initiate and guide the preparation of forecasts of Company revenue, working

capital, expenditure and return on investments.

 Active involvement in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, MIS, Internal Controls,

Costing and Taxation matters.

 Provide all statistical information required to be submitted to Government,

Parliament, etc.

 Negotiate with banks for short-term and long-term credit.

 Handle statutory and Government Audits.

 In charge of day to day functioning of the Accounts and finance functions.

 Reviewing checklist of statutory compliance under Indirect Tax & ensure that

compliance of the same are submitted on time.

 Assisting and reviewing in preparation of various details for assessment under

indirect Tax laws and attend hearing.

 Minimum 03 to 05 years experience in similar level position

 Preference candidates from Chemical / Rubber Industry.

 Communication skills - written & oral, Expertise in Fund Raising and

Management, Negotiation Skills, team leader etc

 Guide / Monitor / Coach / Motivate team to either achieve or over achieve

individual & team targets.
