Job Description

- Visit client sites regularly to ensure security personnel are present, well-groomed, and performing duties as per standards.

- Address client concerns on-site and ensure immediate resolution of operational issues.

- Monitor attendance, discipline, and performance of deployed security staff.

- Ensure guards follow shift schedules, wear proper uniforms, and carry valid ID cards.

- Provide on-the-job training and guidance to newly deployed guards.

- Ensure security personnel are aware of site-specific instructions and emergency procedures.

- Maintain accurate records of deployment, shift changes, and incident reports.

- Respond promptly to incidents such as absenteeism, conflicts, or emergencies.

- Coordinate with internal teams and local authorities if needed to manage escalated issues.

- Liaise with the operations/control room for effective deployment and manpower planning.

- Report manpower gaps or service disruptions for immediate rectification.

- Ensure field operations adhere to company policies, legal standards, and contract terms.
