Walk-in Field Sales Officer (Male)

We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Field Sales Officer to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for visiting potential customers, generating leads, promoting products/services, and closing sales. This role requires fieldwork, customer interaction, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit customers, retailers, or distributors to promote and sell products/services.

Generate new leads through field visits, cold calls, and market surveys.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product solutions.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Collect payments and maintain proper documentation of transactions.

Submit daily sales reports to the team leader or manager.

Stay updated with product knowledge and market trends.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (any discipline).

Proven sales experience is a plus; freshers are welcome to apply.

Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to travel and work in the field regularly.

Self-motivated and target-driven.

Basic knowledge of MS Office or mobile apps for reporting.
