You are a career entrant who wants to grow into an Area sales officer or a territory manager in the next 3 -5years

You need an exposure to field sales and grasp the art of selling new age digital products

You need an exposure in gathering market intelligence

You need a know how of the territory and want to compile a valuable database of customers

You want to develop an understanding of various proprietary 3rd party products that exist in the market

You want to see real time how fintech products improve the transactions of shop owners and kirana stores

Roles and Responsibilities

Product knowhow

Develop a solid product knowledge during product training

Understand who are the potential customers for Mswipe

Qualify post training assessment program

Develop understanding of various proprietary and 3rd party solutions applicable in this industry

Market knowhow and sales

Get a download of geography-wise sales plans from your supervisor

Approach retail outlets and explain benefits of Mswipe POS machines

Visit dealer locations and sell Mswipe POS card swiping machines

Sell machines to grocery shops, and stores that use online payment and those which accept cards (credit and debit cards)

Raise awareness, advertise and drive selling volumes of the product

Identify new opportunities and new sales target for business enhancement

Market intelligence gathering

Note each customer, dealers contact information in the google form provided

Note which products are the customers using

Note down general and specific customer queries

Assist in managing Relationships with Dealers and Customers

Assist in handling Partner queries and maintains a relationship

Generate quality referrals from customers

Min Qualification and requirements

An undergraduate degree is preferred

A diploma in similar field can be considered

1 - 3 Years in field sales (Previous exposure in selling fintech products preferred)

You should be able to converse in the local language
