Job Title: Field Sales Executive (FSE)

Location: Remote ( Pan India)

Type: Full-Time | Field-Based Role

Probation: 3 Months (Performance-Based Confirmation)

CTC After Post-Probation: 20,000 to 40,000/month (Based on Performance & your last drawn CTC.)

Key Responsibilities:-

You will be responsible for selling a variety of financial (BFSI) and non-financial products, including:

1. BFSI Products:

Promoting & Opening Demat and Savings Accounts.

Lead Generation with Credit Card applications.

Promoting Loans (Personal, Business, Home).

Promoting Insurance (Life, Health, Motor).

Promoting Mutual Funds, SIPs, NPS, and Tax-Saving Plans.

Promoting FinTech Products.

2. Non-BFSI Products:

Promoting Retail & E-Commerce Products .

Promoting Subscription services (EdTech, OTT, etc.).

Promoting Prepaid Cards & Digital Wallets.

Promoting FMCG Products.

Promoting EdTech Products.

Generate Real Estate Leads.

Promoting Telecommunications Products.

Training & Support:-

We offer complete support through:

Product training sessions

Sales skills development

CRM & mobile app training

Regular field mentoring & feedback

Compensation & Benefits:-

Monthly Salary: 14,000

Fuel Allowance: 2,000

Performance Incentives: Up to 6,000+

Total Monthly Potential: 16,000 22,000+

Additional rewards, bonuses & recognition

Post-Probation Salary Hike:-

Upon successful completion of the 3-month probation period, you will be eligible for a salary hike of 20% to 40% based on your performance and your last drawn CTC.

Month 3: Leadership Level
