Field Sales Executive

- Identify and visit potential clients such as contractors, builders, architects, and project managers.

- Promote and sell construction and building material products like cement, TMT bars, tiles, adhesives, waterproofing solutions, etc.

- Generate leads and convert them into active business relationships.

- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the company.

- Ensure regular follow-up with prospective clients to close deals effectively.

- Prepare and submit quotations, negotiate terms, and finalize orders.

- Conduct field research to understand local market trends, competitor products, and pricing.

- Identify opportunities for introducing new products or expanding into untapped areas.

- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.

- Handle after-sales service issues, coordinate deliveries, and collect feedback.

- Build trust and rapport to increase brand loyalty and customer satisfaction.

- Maintain daily visit reports, sales activity logs, and client interaction records.

- Provide regular updates to the reporting manager on sales performance and pipeline.

- Stay updated on technical details of building materials and their applications.

- Conduct on-site product demonstrations and presentations as needed.
