oversee daily f&b operations
supervise all food and beverage service activities to ensure smooth operations.
coordinate between kitchen, bar, and service staff for timely order delivery.
maintain high standards of customer service
ensure guests receive excellent service and have a pleasant dining experience.
handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
staff supervision and training
lead, motivate, and manage f&b service staff.
conduct onboarding and ongoing training on service standards, safety, and hygiene.
enforce food safety and hygiene standards
ensure compliance with local health regulations and haccp standards.
conduct regular inspections of service areas, utensils, and staff hygiene.
inventory and stock control
monitor stock levels of beverages, cutlery, and service items.
coordinate with the purchasing team to maintain adequate supplies without overstocking.
quality control and presentation
maintain consistency in food and beverage quality and presentation.
coordinate with kitchen staff for timely preparation and proper plating.
manage shift schedules
prepare and manage staff rosters based on business needs.
ensure adequate coverage during peak hours and events.
sales and upselling
encourage staff to upsell specials, beverages, and desserts.
monitor daily sales and suggest improvements to boost revenue.
pos and billing management
oversee the use of point of sale (pos) systems for accuracy in billing.
ensure all transactions are processed and closed properly.
event and banquet support
assist in planning and execution of events, private dining, or banquet services.
coordinate with clients and kitchen for customized menus and setups.
