Role:
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the executives, ensuring smooth and efficient operations within the organization. The successful candidate will be a proactive and detail-oriented professional capable of handling a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks.
Responsibilities
• Calendar management for partners
• Schedule meetings and appointments
• Draft emails, letters, memos, and other documents
• Attend meetings, take minutes, and distribute summaries as required
• Handling social media’s like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook & Twitter
• Handle general administrative tasks
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
