Able to handle the new / existing home power supply (single phase / multiphase, Invertor , generator

power supply)

Load evaluation

Trouble shoot the electrical appliance connectivity

Trouble shoot the home automation modules connectivity issues

Resolving the electrical / home automation module complaints

Escalation on the issue identified and resolved in a structured manner to management
