Having Hands on Experience of all kinds of machine maintenance.

Exposure for TS, TPM, 5S, Kaizen.

Knowledge of Welding robots, PLC, CNC, Drives, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Utilitysystems etc.

Preventive Maintenance of machines. Ensure PM as per plan.

Ensure zero breakdowns. Initiate, implement, and monitor NCs, CA / PA for breakdowns.

Review CA/ PA. Review Breakdown analysis

Maintain list and define methodology for Identification of machines / plant facilities

Upkeep of housekeeping and safety practices
