we are currently seeking a highly motivated study abroad advisor for indian student specialising in counselling students to study in australia. as a study abroad advisor, you will play a pivotal role in providing personalised guidance and support to students, helping them navigate & understand the complexities of the australian education system and ensuring a smooth transition to their desired universities and colleges.

responsibilities:

provide one-on-one counselling to students interested in studying in australia, understanding their academic goals, interests, and preferences.

conduct comprehensive assessments of students' academic backgrounds, aspirations, and eligibility criteria to identify suitable educational programs and institutions in australia.

advise students on the available courses, admission requirements, scholarships, and application procedures for various australian universities and colleges.

guide students through the application process, ensuring all necessary documentation is prepared accurately and submitted within the specified deadlines.

assist students in obtaining the required student visas, organising travel arrangements, and arranging accommodation in australia.

stay updated on the latest trends and changes in the australian education system, immigration laws & policies, and student visa regulations.

conduct informational workshops and seminars to educate students and parents about studying in australia, including academic and career prospects.

build and maintain relationships with partner institutions, universities, and colleges in australia to facilitate effective collaboration and exchange of information.

collaborate with internal teams to provide continuous feedback and suggestions for improving services and processes.

qualifications:

bachelor's or master's degree in counselling, education, or a related field

proven experience of 1 year and above as a study abroad advisor, preferably with expertise in counselling students for aust
