Job Description

- Company: Learn about company, Vision, Mision, and Culture

- Product: Master the product portfolio and product profile

- Customer: Understand customer profile and how to reach them

- Need: Understand the need of the product, master the frequently asked questions (FAQ's) of the customer.

- Practice: Practice the sales script, sales pitch and record it

- Expectation Setting: Ensure you have met 100% of the expectation set by the company

- KPI & IPAR: Understand your Key Performance Indicators and Individual Performance Analysis report

- Builds business by identifying prospects and selling them to make them clients and subsequently building relationships with them

as clients.

- Demonstrating, presenting, and Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects;

- Recommending solutions and maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.

-Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors

- Prepares easy-to-interpret reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information

- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications;

establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional groups

- Learn continuously and improve digital marketing skills

- Build yourself as a personal brand

- Meet the expectation set by the management

- Meet than the target of LARC - Leads, Admission, Revenue & Cash collection Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behavior

- Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services

- Professional yet affable disposition. Neat, well-groomed appearance.Great networking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Resourceful, with outstanding research skills
