designation: dispatch executive

location: noida sector 83

salary : 20-22k

jd :

objective :-

plan & execute the dispatch activity for a plant. receive, execute the customer orders to meet on time delivery. manage the entire dispatch function including fg receiving, consolidation & shipping. control & execute the transaction in erp system preferably jde

role & responsibilities :-

- receive the orders from the customers, co-ordinate with the customers, forwarders,internal logistics & plant .

- execute the orders in timely manner to hit the on time delivery.

- consolidation & contenarizatio of the cargo.

- documentation & record keeping ... maintain compliance on part of statutory needs in dispatch department.

- control & mentor the manpower working in dispatch department.

- maintain 5s into the dispatch department along with flow of material.

ification & experience required :-

bcom / diploma with 1-3 years experience in a logistics function of a mid size auto ancillary.

must have hands of expedience onto any erp system,

must have worked into an export unit.

good knowledge of the dispatch process consolidation & contenarizatio of the cargo

must have handled multiple customers.

onal characteristic :-

systematic in daily working ,

good manpower handling skills,

good co-coordinator

quick learner

need to have good control on the logistics
