Duties And Responsibilities-

The Material At The Shop Is Bright Bars (Steel Rods And Bars).

Should Be Ready To Fill In Places Of Other Sales Executive Or Other Immediate Employees

Whenever Needed.

Should Be Ready To Come On Holidays In Case Of Emergencies.

Should Be Ready To Continue With The Organisation For A Minimum Of 3-4 Years.

Assist The Sales Executive In Handling Customers (Call, Emails, Messages And In Person),

Supervising Of Laborers In Stock Removal And Weighing Them As Such. All Such Aspects Should Be

Documented In Inventory List.

Along With The Above, She Must Also Prepare Regular Challans And Bills And Do Data Entry Of Such

Movement Of Stock In The ERP.

Maintain The Inventory And Its Quality At The Shop Level And Regularly Update Director Through

ERP And Through Verbal Mode, If Needed About The Inventory Requirement At The Shop.

Additional Role In Assisting The Sales Executives For Tele Marketing, Preparation Of

Rosters/Datasheet For Such And Other Incidental Aspects In Performing This Role.

Assisting The Sales Executives In Managing Collections Including Compiling The Data, Calling And

Other Incidental Aspects In Performing This Role.
