Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Operator & Office Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering data into our systems, managing documents, and assisting with general office tasks. The ideal candidate should have strong typing skills, basic computer proficiency, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Entry Duties:
Accurately input data from various sources into company databases and spreadsheets.
Verify and correct data discrepancies to ensure high-quality records.
Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information.
Assist in organizing and updating digital and physical records.
Office & Document Management Duties:
File, scan, and organize physical and electronic documents.
Assist in maintaining an efficient document management system.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and faxes as needed.
Support administrative staff with photocopying, printing, and filing tasks.
Assist in preparing reports, spreadsheets, and presentations as required.
Qualifications & Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent (additional certification in office administration is a plus).
Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 30 WPM).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Basic understanding of data entry and office procedures.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills (written and verbal).
