Customer Support Executive position is at Trackster IT Solution OPC Pvt. Ltd.( ) is based at Mangaon Indapur City, Raigad District, Maharashtra. Candidate would be engaged in various office related activities using Computer. Some of the activities are as under:
Responsibilities of candidates includes:
1) Taking Customer Complaints on Phone
2) Raising Service Ticket on the ERP System on Computer
3) Checking the Trackster Tracking system to understand complaint
4) Allocating the Service Ticket to Field Team
5) Coordination between Field team and Customer for service visit and call closer.
6) Updation of Call Closure details in the system and also to customer.
7) Visit charge invoice and its collection from customer.
8) Monitoring Expenses of field team.
9) Computer and English knowledge desired
10) Preparing daily, weekly, monthly reports
11) Activation and Management of SIM Cards required for Tracking
12) Activation and Management of Tracking platform of Trackster/Mahakhanij/RTO
13) Other Relevant Activities
14) Payment Follow-up
15) Coordination with Internal Teams.
16) Maintaining Service Inventory
