Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Onboarding Merchants:

· Responsible for onboarding merchants in the program as per the target scope.

· Responsible for driving the overall project at the assigned geography and needs to be responsible for ensuring that the leads get generated in coordination with foundation partner team, and are converted and then going forward the merchant is serviced to ensure consistent usage

2. Act as Manager and Coach:

· The Geography OLs will create his team of Customer Service Officer.

· He will act as a coach to nurture and handhold them by showcasing the on-boarding process of merchants and also do merchant visits in market for driving the usage.

3. Relationship Management:

Develop and nurture long term relationship with key merchants for enhancing usage and upselling.

4. Lead Management and conversion:

Follow up with the interested set of merchants, as shared.

Drive lead conversion through FSM app from the team.

Drive B2B Business, ensure per day order targets and revenue
