- Build and maintain long-term relationships with individual and corporate clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, travel needs, and post-booking assistance.
- Assist clients in planning and booking domestic and international travel packages, including flights, hotels, visas, and tours.
- Provide information on destinations, itineraries, pricing, and travel documentation requirements.
- Handle pre- and post-travel queries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure a smooth and satisfying experience throughout the customers travel journey.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations team to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled accurately and promptly.
- Assist in the promotion of travel packages, deals, and seasonal offers to existing clients.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM tools.
- Use client data to send relevant travel offers, newsletters, and updates.
- Gather customer feedback and insights to suggest improvements in services and offerings.
- Liaise with airlines, hotels, visa consultants, and other vendors to confirm bookings and resolve service issues.
- Uphold the brand image of Resh Global Travels by delivering service with integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
