Provides guidance to customer on usage of Metro facilities and allied services to include various fare products.
Assists all commuters in case of any problems/difficulty/emergency when arising within the Metro Station premises.
Handles the finance in the stations through ticket sales, recharging.
Handling accounts for cash collection.
Providing a customer focused interface with the travelling public at respective stations.
Providing a visual uniformed presence on station premises to re-assure customers.
Performing designated tasks during emergencies and special events that may involve assisting in the implementation of safety & security procedures.
