About the role:
Customer service officer are mainly responsible for answering customer questions through a variety of means, such as online chats, email, or phone calls. When a customer contacts a company, customer service officers are usually their first point of contact. They answer any questions the customer may have and then redirect them to the appropriate team or department..
Responsibilities: Handling walk-in Customers issue with mobile handset.
Coordinate with the Service team and the management team.
Staying up to date with product or service features.
Responsible for Recording transactions and stock levels & processing customers payments.
Candidate requirements:
Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
Should have a good Communication skills & Professional appearance.
Outgoing and friendly personality & Customer-oriented approach.
Proven working experience as a Customer Care Officer.
