- Prepare, review, and finalize structural and civil designs for buildings and sewage water treatment plants.

- Collaborate with architects, environmental engineers, and consultants to ensure project specifications and design standards are met.

- Oversee day-to-day construction activities at project sites to ensure timely execution and compliance with drawings and safety standards.

- Monitor contractor performance, ensure quality control, and resolve site issues promptly.

- Maintain and update project records in line with regulatory and internal requirements.

- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for timely delivery of materials and equipment.

- Manage manpower and ensure efficient allocation of site resources.

- Prepare project cost estimates and assist in tender documentation and bid evaluations.

- Track expenditures against budgets and propose corrective actions when required.

- Ensure construction and treatment plant operations adhere to environmental standards and waste management norms.

- Enforce health and safety protocols on all work sites in accordance with legal and company regulations.

- Liaise with clients, consultants, and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth approvals and project progress.

- Provide regular updates and reports to project managers and senior leadership.

- Promote use of modern engineering techniques and materials to improve construction efficiency and sustainability.

- Incorporate green building practices and water conservation measures wherever applicable.
