Job Summary
We are looking for candidates who have impeccable communication skills for the job of Chat Support.
Responsibilities and Duties
Interact with users through a series of actions and answer all queries and note customer information
Maintain and update records for daily queries and escalation.
Attract potential customers by answering any product and service related questions & suggesting the right information about our products and services based on customer information.
Must be willing to work in night shift.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Educational Qualifications: Graduate in Engineering, or IT or Computers (BSc)
Skills
Effective written and spoken English communication skills.
Ability to recognize the sensitive nature of issues and maintain confidentiality.
Should be swift in typing speed and grammatically conscious with formal mannerisms in written formats of communication.
Outstanding customer interaction skills and ability to handle any customer situation.
Good knowledge of computers and the Internet & ability to develop new skills.
Must be Articulate and Spontaneous in Active conversations to handle tough situations.
