What you might be doing on a typical day:
1, Continual efforts to receive and promptly respond to customers through high-quality live chats.
2. Respond to customer live chat with compassion.
3. Handle concurrent chat requests without sacrificing quality.
4. Proactively engage with prospective visitors on the websites and offer quick support.
5. Quickly identify the pain points and drill down to the source of an issue.
6. Ultimately you will provide excellent customer service that keeps the customer coming back
Job Requirements-
• Minimum of 12 months of live chat experience in an International Process
• Excellent written English communication skills
• Basic familiarity with MS Office applications
