Job responsibilities:-
Training new hires and existing for enhancing communication skills, soft skills, phone etiquette, customer service.
Executing training tasks/assignments on short notice.
Delivering and contributing towards process improvement.
To prepare lesson plans/training modules.
Providing feedback to enhance agent performance.
Analyse the Coaching / Training needs of the agents & support them in delivery.
Facilities:-Pick and Drop, Dinner and Breakfast
