Designation:-Call Center Trainer

Location:-Nagpur

Shift:-Night Shift

Gender:-Female

Timing:-9:00 PM-6:30 AM

Experience:-2 Years in an International Call Centre

Job responsibilities:-

Training new hires and existing for enhancing communication skills, soft skills, phone etiquette, customer service.

Executing training tasks/assignments on short notice.

Delivering and contributing towards process improvement.

To prepare lesson plans/training modules.

Providing feedback to enhance agent performance.

Analyse the Coaching / Training needs of the agents & support them in delivery.

Facilities:-Pick and Drop, Dinner and Breakfast

Interview Details:

Timing: -1:00 PM to 6:00 PM

Interview Days: - Monday to Saturday

Company Address: - 2nd floor, 6 Vasant Vihar, WHC Road, Shankar Nagar, Nagpur, Maharashtra .
