Job Description


2-5 years and above experienced exclusively in UK/US outbound voice process.

Mandatory experience on any of the domains - Debt management, Bankruptcy, Debt collection, UK IVA and Real Estate.

Exposure on Lead Generation, Data Collection and Call transfer would be an added advantage.

Cold calling experience with sales and customer support background.

Hands on experience using a dialler software.

Willing to work on a fast paced and a dynamic environment.

Good Listening and Observation skills are required.

Flexible to work both from home (currently) and at office (after COVID situation improves).

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS (Mandatory for Work from Home) :

Good dialler headphone (USB type).

Broadband or FiberNet or LAN connection.

Laptop with front camera and high end processor.

Skype Account.
