selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include

• make 50+ outbound dials per day

• develop sales opportunities via cold call and/or email

• generate campaign leads via telephone and email

• act as an ambassador for the business, and promote the center and its products

• make outbound calls on a daily basis

• convert the calls to new business leads

• use company databases to gain potential leads

• stay proactive in identifying opportunities for new business

• deal with clients in a professional manner at all times aligned to our brand values

• ensure service is prompt, polite, and professional standards are kept

• manage, nurture and convert inbound leads into sales opportunities

• identify strong potential prospects using initiative and creativity, to generate outbound lead opportunities
