Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting:

Identify potential clients or markets.

Generate new leads via networking, cold calling, online platforms, or attending industry events.

2. Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

Act as the primary point of contact for client queries.

3. Sales Strategy & Execution:

Develop strategic sales plans.

Present, promote, and sell products/services.

Negotiate contracts and close deals.

4. Market Research:

Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs.

Recommend new product or service enhancements.

5. Collaboration with Internal Teams:

Coordinate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align efforts.

6. Reporting & Forecasting:

Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management.

Track performance metrics and KPIs.

1. Revenue Targets:

Monthly/quarterly/annual revenue goals.

Growth in existing accounts.

2. Lead/Opportunity Generation:

Number of qualified leads generated per month.

3. Client Acquisition:

Percentage of leads converted into clients.

5. Customer Retention:

Renewal rates or upsell performance (especially in B2B or SaaS models).
