Responsibilities :
Building the image of the company in the respective working areas and territories.
Familiarizing with all the products and services offered by our company.
Briefing customers about the existing product and at the same time new/upcoming products as well by predicting their objectives.
Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, networking, and collaboration with the marketing department.
Planning and organizing personal sales strategy by maximizing the Return on time Investment for the territory/segment.
Create business development strategies; identify roadblocks and drive new business from conception through closure for all Global associations.
Arrange business meetings at all hierarchies with prospective stakeholders from marketing/medical/legal & purchase departments.
Conduct primary and secondary market research to understand the need gap in the market & validate solutions offered in different therapy areas.
Gather Market Intelligence within the industry regarding market development, new projects, competitive activity, new customers, etc.
Prepare & negotiate sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
Skills Required :
Proper Communication Skills
Good English Proficiency
Experienced in Pharma Professional or Education (Orientation of Concept Selling)
Good Excel and Presentation Skills.
Preferred 2 to 3 yrs of experience and must be available for immediate joining.
