Manage and support all phases of franchise development process. Ensure all Company Development activity in territory covered is compliant and consistent with all related processes and policies, including Company Development Approval Committee requirements. Has worked in the Franchise food service industry .appreciates the open road and travel. Support franchise owners in increasing the product sales. Give product wise projections to Sales Managers and push sales.

Plan and Perform channel distributions. Target the audience as per the location and behavior. Collecting feedback from the clients and customers. Train the new joiners. Meeting the sales target.
