Business Development & Sales Executives

Job Description

Key Job Responsibilities:

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Executive / Manager to help us expand our clientele across northern territory. You will be the front face of the company in the region and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective business strategy.

The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

Business Development:

• Manage the account by coordinating with the concerned stakeholders on the account

• Would be required to promote cross product group products and services

• Generate new leads in existing and new market segments

• Plan for the account, conduct market analysis, competitive activity analysis, and identify on business building opportunities.

• Identify new opportunities for potential customer generation and expand customer base

• Keep client updated about the deliverable/project status, seek and receive client feedback

• Ensure generation/maintenance of database for assigned and potential clients

• Do a regular follow-up on BD / sales proposals till conversion, and identify reasons for non-conversion, wherever applicable.

• Formulate value propositions for the customers

• Maximize product awareness by educating customers with product information

• Working knowledge of selling electronic products and components into Industrial customers, Railways will be an advantage.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Manage and build customer relationships

• Respond to customer queries

• Plan and conduct customer engagement activities in order to strengthen customer ties

• Ensure proactive recognition of customer requirements and provide them with solutions catering to their needs

• Update customers on a timely basis on the delivery status as per the schedule and manage any deviations

• Coordinate with other departments to address customer requirement first time,
