Roles & Responsibilities
Research and identify potential clients through various channels.
Generate qualified leads via platforms such as LinkedIn, Upwork, and other freelance/job boards.
Reach out to prospects via calls, emails, and online platforms to present services and solutions.
Schedule and conduct meetings to understand client requirements and propose suitable services.
Draft, negotiate, and close project proposals or deals.
Maintain and nurture strong client relationships to ensure continued growth and repeat business.
Collaborate with internal teams (designers, developers, marketing) to align proposals with client expectations.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
12 years of proven experience in IT business development or sales.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong negotiation and client management skills.
Hands-on experience with platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, etc.
Familiarity with IT services such as Web Development, UI/UX Design, Mobile Apps, or Software Solutions is a plus.
