Developing and maintaining business in US, Canada and UK market.

Lead generation through mail, social media and cold calling.

Understanding outsourcing prospects requirement. Accordingly planning and modifying the work procedure for acquiring new clients and new leads.

Sales closure from the generated leads.

Maintaining relationship with clients by getting there feedback.

Maintaining lead and client record.

Build, sustain and grow a productive working, and revenue generating relationship with the assigned Customers.

Meet the targets for sustainable revenue growth.

Industry events, conference for business development should to be attended.

Qualification required.

Having an experience of communication with offshore clients.

Have an excellent communication skill in English and ability to close the sales.

Strong Analytical, technical, Sales & Marketing fundamentals along with good sales negotiation skills.

Should have experience in Microsoft word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Should be self-motivated and willing to be flexible according to the situations to increase the business, getting new clients, maintaining the acquired clients and revenue generation.
