purpose of the position/role:
the purpose of this role is to assist in and also independently cultivate a range of business-to-business relationships (partnerships, channels, large clients, teacher employers like school groups) across the education and related landscapes, within and outside india. while centa’s customer acquisition is primarily “retail”, . individual teachers sign up, institutions play a very important role in creating pull, acting as channel partners and sometimes being customers themselves. further, acceptance from the ecosystem is critical for centa’s overall mission, making this a key and exciting function in the company, with tremendous scope for career growth both within and outside india.
key responsibilities:
● customer and partner acquisition:
o create and maintain a thorough database of outreach for educational organisations.
o initiate outreach for a set of clients, partners and channels both within
● client servicing on specific requirements:
o ensure that committed client requirements are serviced well.
o coordinate, especially with the customer experience team, to ensure client satisfaction
o create a feedback loop from clients to internal teams by documenting and communicating client issues/queries and seeking resolution.
● customer relationship management:
o take ownership of the lifecycle of each client, over various phases of the relationship.
o ensure client engagement and continuous sales growth, by proactively seeking feedback, understanding needs and providing updates on centa’s latest products/services.
