Branch Relationship Manager - Loyalty channelIs responsible for managing, developing & supervising the team with a key focus on Service to sales through relationshipmanagement, sales productivity-per-executive, thereby achieving sales & service targets.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Identify, interview and select sales executives with support fromHR.To meet the following productivity measures for the unit:Premium per executive, case rate, persistency, retention and ahigh % of executives exceeding planned productivity standardsExceed revenue targetsUndertake joint field work with executives andobserve/demonstrate successful selling skillsConduct Fortnightly performance review (PRP) with executivesHelp executives use the GOLD system for maximizing businessfrom a given target marketSupervise daily activity plan of all executives to ensure thatthese are being fulfilled as per the desired levelsEnsure that all executives under supervision perform 100% asper the companys rules and regulations wrt. Need basedselling, Compliance and Customer serviceEffectively manage, track and convert leads provided by the in-house telemarketing unit.Engage with customers to provide quick response to customerqueries, provide customer service.products of competition to enable them in taking appropriatedecisionsGraduate preferably with an MBA degreeMin. 5-7 years experience in handling of Sales Reps/Agents/DSAs.Females candidates PreferredAge criteria upto 40
