Minimum requirement is a degree holder in an art-related field.

Training in exhibition logistics management and visual arts is a must.

Minimum 7-10 years of relevant experience in handling exhibition logistics in big

project/events is a must.

Experience & knowledge in freight requirements is a must, encompassing the entire supply chain & reverse logistics in exhibitions, events & fine arts.

Good relations with Global exhibition logistics companies are a must.

Additionally, experience and knowledge in equipment and material sourcing, installation & set-up will be an advantage.

A typical career path of Exhibitions & Events Logistics Sales Manager would look like this: Events & Exhibitions Logistics Coordinator -> Operations In-charge -> Operations Manager -> Sales Manager Exhibitions, Events & Fine Arts Logistics -> GM Exhibitions, Events & Fine Arts Logistics -> Head of Exhibitions, Events & Fine Arts Logistics.

Thorough knowledge of the exhibition freight forwarding industry.

Good relations with global agents in the exhibition logistics industry, especially IELA agents.

Relations with vendors like shipping lines, airlines, customs, equipment hire companies, labor hire companies, port authorities & airport authorities.

Good organizational ability and decisiveness.

Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Knowledge and familiarity with the freight, exhibition aesthetics and overall maintenance of exhibitions.

Knowledge of logistics in set up and presenting formal exhibitions.

Good eye for detail.

Team player.

Ability to interact with people from multi cultural backgrounds.

Should have a record for timely completion of exhibitions & events with tight quality

parameters & within budget.

Good background in planning, scheduling & monitoring exhibitions, events & fine art projects.
