Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Back Office Executive to provide essential administrative and operational support to our front-end teams in Nashik. The Back Office Executive will be responsible for a range of tasks that ensure the smooth functioning of our internal processes. This role requires strong organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to work independently while adhering to established procedures.

Responsibilities:

Data Entry and Management: Accurately enter and update data in various databases and systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

Document Processing and Management: Prepare, process, and manage various documents, including reports, invoices, and other administrative paperwork. Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems.

Record Keeping and Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of relevant information, ensuring easy retrieval when needed.

Report Generation: Generate regular and ad-hoc reports as required by different departments or management.

Communication and Coordination: Liaise effectively with internal teams in Nashik and potentially external stakeholders via phone, email, and other communication channels.

Process Support: Assist front-end teams by providing necessary information, documentation, and support to facilitate their tasks.

Quality Checks and Verification: Perform quality checks on data and documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal procedures.

Issue Resolution: Identify and escalate any discrepancies or issues encountered during data processing or administrative tasks.

Adherence to Procedures: Follow established back-office procedures and guidelines to ensure consistency and efficiency.

Basic Accounting Support: Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoice processing, payment follow-up, and expense tracking (under supervision).

Customer Data Management: Maintain and update customer information in relevant systems with accuracy.
