Responsibilities:
Business Development and Sales Planning
Oversee conversion of high-value B2B leads and close sales deals in regions like China and Europe.
Devise and implement required strategies for new business development, liaise with clients to communicate PaperTrues value proposition
Process Design and Implementation
Identify process gaps, modify, and develop new processes / systems to improve accountability and business results
Recommend IT systems / infrastructure to enable faster processing of sales tasks and for the generation of MIS reports through relevant automation
MIS / Management Reporting
Report to the management (quarterly) and update stakeholders about target achievement, KPI compliance and seek process change approvals
Gather and present weekly sales performance reports to the management and discuss forecasts developed for upcoming periods (weekly, monthly, quarterly)
Required Skills:
Good communication (written and verbal) is essential.
Excellent leadership and team building skills, focused on achieving sales targets and ensuring process compliance, with abilities in handling cross-functional responsibilities.
Experienced in sales strategy formulation and business planning. An influential communicator, proficient in communicating at all levels of the hierarchy.
Salary: Between INR 6 Lac and INR 8 Lac (depending on skills, sales experience, and proficiency)
