responsibilities:
business development and sales planning
• oversee conversion of high-value b2b leads and close sales deals in regions like china and europe.
• devise and implement required strategies for new business development, liaise with clients to communicate papertrue’s value proposition
process design and implementation
• identify process gaps, modify, and develop new processes / systems to improve accountability and business results
• recommend it systems / infrastructure to enable faster processing of sales tasks and for the generation of mis reports through relevant automation
mis / management reporting
• report to the management (quarterly) and update stakeholders about target achievement, kpi compliance and seek process change approvals
• gather and present weekly sales performance reports to the management and discuss forecasts developed for upcoming periods (weekly, monthly, quarterly)
required skills:
• good communication (written and verbal) is essential.
• excellent leadership and team building skills, focused on achieving sales targets and ensuring process compliance, with abilities in handling cross-functional responsibilities.
• experienced in sales strategy formulation and business planning. an influential communicator, proficient in communicating at all levels of the hierarchy.
salary: between inr 6 lac and inr 8 lac (depending on skills, sales experience, and proficiency)
