1. Market Development
• Market Mapping
• Appointment of CP/Fad
• Development of Secondary/Addon network
• Development of Project Customers
• Development of Architects/Consultants/Builders
• Timely promotional Activities like conducting meetings, seminars, exhibitions etc.
2. Achievement of Annual Sales Target Volume
• Regular visits to CPS/customers.
• Follow journey cycles.
• Weekly order booking from CPS and ensuring order entry in SAP.
• Ensuring collection of customer payments in advance.
• Guiding distributor’s salesman for effective market coverage.
• Managing Distributors Stock and ensuring minimum stock level management for all products.
• Placing Material indents well in advance.
3. Customer Satisfaction
• Getting released delivery notes and coordinating with plant/stockyard for prompt deliveries.
• Attending customer complaints and if require coordinate with technical team for resolution.
