Job Description

as an airport terminal services agent, your primary responsibility will be to assist passengers with various tasks within the airport terminal. this can include checking in passengers, issuing boarding passes, handling luggage, and providing general information about the airport and its services. you will also be responsible for coordinating with other airport staff to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.

in addition, you may be required to assist with aircraft ramp operations, such as marshalling aircraft, loading and unloading cargo, and performing other ground handling tasks.
