Roles and Responsibilities

We are looking for an outstanding Guest Relations Officer who is passionate about turning visits into memories for our guests and ensuring that they have an exceptional experience.

Guest Relations Officer is the main point of contact for patients and families, providing assistance and help throughout their visit, is responsible for giving a warm reception to guests and making sure that they are satisfied.

Guest Relations Manager duties and responsibilities:

Respond to any questions, needs and desires of patients, and follow up to ensure their requests have been met to their satisfaction

Respond to families needs and anticipate their unstated ones

Expect and react promptly to guests requirements and inquires

Actively listen and resolve guests complaints

Collaborate and manage guest relations team to ensure all standards and operating procedures are adhered to

Inform concerned support staff to resolve patient complaints.

Follow up pending investigation, receiving and file investigation reports.

Follow up referrals and doctors visits.

Inform admission counter about all transfer in / out.

Report all significant incidents to In charge and coordinate with the operations manager to achieve highest level of patient satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

Pleasing Personality, Strong Communication Skills and Candidate from Health care Experience/Hospitality Experience will be preferable.
