Job Description

As an Air Ticketing Agent, your responsibilities will include:

- Providing excellent customer service by assisting customers with booking flights, changing existing reservations, and providing information on travel restrictions and requirements.

- Issuing tickets and processing payments accurately and efficiently.

- Making sure all relevant booking information is accurately recorded in the reservation system.

- Resolving any booking or ticketing issues that may arise before or during a customer's trip.

- Staying up-to-date on airline policies, fare rules, and industry regulations.
