We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Executive to join our team. The Admin Executive will play a crucial role in maintaining office operations and providing administrative support to various departments within the company. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be proficient in multitasking, and have a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the management team and various departments.
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
• Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives.
• Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations as required.
• Maintain and update company databases and filing systems.
• Assist in the preparation of expense reports and budget tracking.
• Support HR activities, including onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
• Ensure office equipment and facilities are in good working condition.
• Assist with special projects and events as needed.
