we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented admin executive to join our team. the admin executive will play a crucial role in maintaining office operations and providing administrative support to various departments within the company. the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be proficient in multitasking, and have a strong attention to detail.
responsibilities:
• provide administrative support to the management team and various departments.
• handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
• manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels.
• coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives.
• prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations as required.
• maintain and update company databases and filing systems.
• assist in the preparation of expense reports and budget tracking.
• support hr activities, including onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
• ensure office equipment and facilities are in good working condition.
• assist with special projects and events as needed.
