1. Overall check on Cash and bank book maintenance on day to day basis.
2. Preparation of monthly Forecast and track key accounts metrics.
3. Prepare reports on account status like outstanding statutory dues.
4. Prepare reports on accounts status.
5. Maintaining vendor manual and Reconciliation of vendors account on weekly basis and serve as the lead point of contact for all vendor account management matters.
6. Track whatever bills/statements are received against payment made in advance/payment made to the projects with supporting vouchers.
7. Track the payment is received as per the billing cycle from the clients. Analyze the reasons for any delay in payment / payment not received within the due date.
8. To prepare project wise profitability statement for every quarter and profitability ratio of projects completed during the period.
9. Prepare budgeted profitability of all new projects approved.
10. To review the work order value and the permissible variation if any. To verify the deductions if any is supported with proper debit/credit note.
11. Inventory control.
12. Maintenance of fixed asset register and updating of fixed asset register.
13. Recovery and remittances of PF, ESI and Professional Tax from employees is made regularly.
14. All statutory compliance on both Direct Tax and Indirect Tax.
15. Trusted advisor relationships with accounts personnel and collaborate with other team personnel.
16. Collaborate with Tax officials, Bankers and other professionals.
